My name is Chris Harding, and my mission is to help you achieve lasting transformation through personalized hypnotherapy, performance and life coaching, and mindset training - so you can realize your full potential and experience more joy in the journey.

I am a certified hypnotherapist with the National Guild of Hypnotists. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Mary’s University and a Master’s degree in Psychology from Carleton University. I served with the Canadian Armed Forces for over 26 years and during that time I gained extensive experience coaching and mentoring individuals and teams to improve performance and unlock hidden potential, as well as conducting scientific research on resiliency, psychological well-being, and improving sleep. I have also coached wrestling, taekwondo and various other martial arts for most of my life. Through my experience I have honed a process and techniques that help people achieve profound and lasting change.

The belief that drives my work is that - it is our sacred duty to be the best version of ourselves. Therefore, it is not a selfish endeavor to invest time and resources into yourself. In fact realizing your full potential is a responsibility - it allows you to do more good in this world, shine brighter for those around you and show up better for the people and communities you love.

My general philosophy is simple - our mindset and daily habits are the driving force in our lives. Optimize the mindset, change the habits, and everything else begins to fall into place. Using techniques that blend hypnosis and mental coaching I will help you shape your mindset and habits to your advantage.

Some examples of areas I can help you with include raising self-esteem, reducing anxiety, improving sleep (aka becoming a sleep ninja), improving physical health through healthier eating and improved routines, overcoming addictions (e.g., smoking, binge eating, social media consumption), and enhancing your ability to thrive in relationships. I also provide hypnosis to improve performance in any sport domain and other specific areas such as public speaking. Every effort we make together will be towards developing an optimal mindset so that you can enjoy your life more and continue moving towards your full potential.  

The investment for a single session is $180. A four-session package is also available for $620 ($155 per session). Though a single session can be very effective, four sessions is recommended for significant and lasting improvement. All sessions are delivered online through Zoom.
